Refund & Return Policy

Hygiene First: Used items with missing tags, or packaging will not be accepted.
Condition: Items must be unworn, free of scents or marks, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Ineligible Returns: Any garment returned used, without tags, or with damaged packaging will be return at your expense.
Final Sale: Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure the product is brand new, with tags and original packaging. Otherwise, your return will be denied.
Used items or those without proper packaging/tags will be sent back at your expense.
Once your return is approved, we'll issue a store credit via gift card or exchange.

Do not place shipping labels directly on the product's packaging.
Use a plain outer packaging such as a poly mailer, paper envelope, or plain box.
Avoid reusing Priority Mail packaging unless you have a Priority Mail label.
